Inschrijven voor de appartementen geschiedt digitaal en is mogelijk middels jouw persoonlijke account, welke is aan te maken op de eerder genoemde projectwebsite. Heb je ingeschreven op een beschikbaar bouwnummer? Dan neemt één van de projectmakelaars zo snel als mogelijk contact met je op.
* INKOMENSGRENS & REGELING KOOPSTART
Voor de appartementen van woningtype Petite geldt een inkomensgrens van een (gezamenlijk) belastbaar inkomen van maximaal € 65.000,-. 36 appartementen van woningtype Petite vallen onder de Regeling KoopStart van Stichting OpMaat. TIP! Voordat je een keuze voor een appartement maakt, is het verstandig een goed beeld te hebben van je financieringsmogelijkheden. ZELFBEWONINGSPLICHT

* INCOME LIMIT & KOOPSTART SETTLEMENT
For the apartments of the Petite type, an income limit of a (joint) taxable income of a maximum of € 65,000 applies. 36 apartments of the Petite housing type fall under the KoopStart settlement of the OpMaat Foundation. TIP! Before you make a choice for an apartment, it is wise to have a good idea of your financing options. Have a non-binding feasibility check carried out by a mortgage adviser.
SELF-RESIDENCE OBLIGATION
There is a self-occupancy requirement for the apartments of the Petite and Moyenne type. As a buyer, you may only rent out an apartment to first- or second-degree relatives (parents, children, brothers and sisters).
